My First Time

This is the first time I went GYM for my entire life
I didn’t think of going GYM before that…
It’s quite weird to see muscle man hanging around in the gym room…
Am I right or am I wrong??
But since my friend had invited me, no matter how busy am I…
I will go!!

When I step in the gym room,
Wow
I was so surprise that no muscle man hanging around at there….lol…
Hehe…
And it is cheap too…
It’s just cost RM5 for the whole day
After paying, we start to do gym…
Cycle….run….many more….
We had done for 1 hour…
Awesome. Right??
We are so exhausted after that….
Cool!!!


I was so surprise that I have no muscle pain after that…
