La Crêpe

I've the passion to make crepe since the day I ate a banana chocolatelicious crepe at Klang, I was damn busy last week and haven't time to do it.

However, last Wednesday was a public holiday for us, so it is my time to show out my passion on crepe.

Early in morning, I went to Tesco to bought some crepe ingredient, all of them can be buy easily in shopping mall.

Ingredient:
250g of flour
20g of sugar
4 eggs
600ml of milk
1/2 or 1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 tablespoon of melted butter

Firstly, mixed up 250g of flour, 20g of sugar, 4 eggs......

and 200ml of milk.

Mixed up well, then pour another 400ml of milk,  1 tablespoon of melted butter and vanilla essence.
Mix well as well.

That's the end of the crepe skin or whatsoever it called as.

Now, is the inside part of crepe. You may put whatever food you like, it is not fixed!
So, I choose strawberry which bro bought from cameron. It is so fresh and big! Yummilicious.
slice the banana and strawberry into pieces.

And the main! CHOCOLATE!!! I love chocolate damn much.

Melted the chocolate
NOTE: When you want to melt chocolate, melt it with boil water instead of just cook it on the stove.

Melted chocolate.

Then use a non-stick to made the crepe skin, and last add whatever food you like.

My outcome!!!
Banana chocolate crepe. ( the very first crepe I made, the skin too thick)

The strawberry chocolate crepe (it looks better now)

But I like something special instead of just fruit and chocolate, so I tried ham, egg and cheese crepe right after that.

And I simply just to lame to do this, and snap it. WAHAHA......

The outcome looks better, and it tastes heavenly. I mean it tastes better than the sweet sweet type. Hamilicious.

And My mom requested to have chilli sauce, so again I made some special thingy.
A SPECIAL SMILEY CREPE for mommy!

You may try this in your home as well, please do try it...it is so yummilicious...

PS: I'm way too tired nowadays due to the Chess Event on weekend. *yawn*
